A day before your tour/activity, you will receive notification via text message confirming your reservation for the said tour the next day. Also will advise which boarding area to proceed and what time to be there. 2. On the day of your tour you will receive a call or a text message from our coordinator confirming your location and further instruction about the tour. 3. Once arrived, Our staff/coordinator/field secretary will hand you a manifest to register. No other fees to be collected. 4. Mostly the coordinator is able to join you on board due to strict manning compliance implemented by coastguard. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Can be offset to other activities with equal rates or offsetting to your future booking. 2. Destinations are highly affected by tides and weather. With regards to lesser destinations made during the tour we have no compensation regarding this. Not even a discount. We don't have full control of the association's regulations. 3. No Show guest will forfeit the payment. 4. For cancellation must be made 2DAYS before the tour. Strictly NO INSTANT CANCELLATION this will forfeit the payment. 5. The service voucher is transferable only to be requested 2 DAYS prior to the tour. 6.
